Savio Fernandes (Drummer and lead Vocals)Born and brought up in Mumbai, in his early childhood days, Savio is gifted with a natural talent of singing. He won many awards in singing during his school days at Monte de Guirim. At the age of twelve he took up to playing drums in the school band. After his short stint in a college band, he joined Forefront as a drummer and singer right from its inception in 1991 (co-founder) and from there it was no looking back. Savio is a versatile singer and drummer. He sings main vocals and plays drums which not many can. He sings English retro, pop, rock, reggae, Bollywood, Marathi, Punjabi and Goan songs. |
